Dr. Chris Kacher has been involved in blockchain technology since early 2013 when he first bought bitcoin whilst it was trading around $10.
He was involved in early meetings with Vitalik Buterin among others starting in 2013 before ethereum went public. His average cost was $0.68/ETH. Once the youngest trader and head of fundamental and technical stock market research for William O’Neil & Co., Inc., he consistently outperformed the group of all-star, hand-picked traders and is known as a techno-fundamental investor in stocks having achieved a KPMG verified return of +18,241% from the years Jan 1996 – Dec 2002 which covered both bull and bear markets.
He applies similar strategies to cryptocurrencies which he developed in the 25+ years trading stocks which has enabled him to achieve significant returns even during bear markets. He has published numerous works including William O’Neil’s Model Book of Stocks (1998) and 4 books through Wiley & Sons including Bestseller “How We Made 18,000% in the Stock Market” (2010) available in five languages. Chris has appeared in various print, radio, and television platforms such as Bloomberg, CNBC, Reuters, Dow Jones, Forbes, and MarketWatch and was interviewed in Kevin Marder’s book “Conversations With Top Traders” (2000) among others.
Dr. Kacher received his PhD in Nuclear Physics from University of California at Berkeley in 1995. He co-created Element 110 on the Periodic Table of Elements and “confirmed” the existence of Element 106 which the team named Seaborgium after his Nobel Laureate thesis advisor, Dr. Glenn Seaborg, the creator of plutonium and 9 other elements.
A prior concert pianist and contemporary composer, two of Chris’s pieces have charted on iTunes at positions 28 and 124. Chris is a co-founder and Management Board member of Hanse Digital Access OÜ.

Mag. Axel Jacob is a private equity investor and asset developer with a focus on project origination, structured finance, and asset management with more than 25 years of industry expertise. With real estate a family tradition, he founded Tiskre Residentsid together with Toivo Träss in 2015, leading its development from day one for the project design to become ready to build.
Whilst serving on various boards, he also was a partner in a unique NetSuite native field service management software developer.
Beforehand he served for nearly 5 years as Vice President at Global Capital Finance GmbH, a German-American boutique investment bank spun-off from Credit Suisse First Boston, with primary responsibility for corporate finance in Central and Eastern Europe and global structured finance transactions for renewable, real estate, infrastructure, and transportation advising on and closing € 3.2 bn in project transaction volume. Mr. Jacob was a Principal at Bank of America in Frankfurt for three and a half years covering Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. His team which closed USD 1.35 bn in six leveraged leases for Deutsche Post AG and in excess of USD 980m for German municipal energy clients with U.S. investors. He joined from Babcock & Brown where he rendered transaction services to European clients on large ticket structured finance transactions for energy infrastructure and real estate in excess of USD 2 bn.
Between 1997 and March 1999 he worked as a senior account manager on the structured finance team at ING Barings out of Vienna and Moscow. In parallel to his studies since 1991, Mr. Jacob started his banking career in a junior management trainee program of then Bayerische Hypotheken- and Wechsel Bank, now part of UniCredit, in Hamburg, Frankfurt, and Munich including serving for one year as an assistant product manager for global SWIFT and fixed income banking systems at Management Data, Vienna in 1993/4.
With an undergraduate degree in both Business Administration and Economics from Philips University in Marburg, Germany, Mr. Jacob holds a masters degree from Vienna School of Economics where he majored in Banking, International Business & Foreign Trade, Quantitative Economics, and Controlling.
Born in Germany he is fluent in English, Frisian, and German with a command of French and literacy in Spanish, Czech, Estonian, and Russian. Axel is a co-founder and Management Board member of Hanse Digital Access OÜ, Eesti Mõnusa Kodu Liit OÜ and iLoops OÜ.
Chief Financial Officer
Ivar is an Estonian Authorised Auditor with 20 years of experience in auditing and consulting of Estonian large and middle size companies, Estonian head-quartered international groups, subsidiaries of large international groups and also public sectors. Ivar’s clients have been from different industries; he has vast experience with real estate and IT sectors among others.
Until the end of 2017, he had served as the head of Ernst & Young Baltic AS for seven years, prior to which he already was an EY partner of 9 years. Under his leadership, EY continued to build out its leadership role in the audit market. Prior to that, Ivar was an auditor at PwC for four years.
Ivar has been on the Management Board of Estonian Board of Auditors. He has given many public and in-house trainings on IFRS, Estonian GAAP, and auditing standards. Ivar has been lecturer at the EBS Estonian Business School MBA programme. He holds a bachelor degree from both the University of Tartu and the EBS. EY’s training programs further allowed him to attend course at Harvard Business School.
Contrary to everybody else on the team he not only enjoys but excels at tennis and golf.
We are very pleased that he has decided to embark on our blockchain launch with a view to giving it proper backbone structure and controls.
Supervisory Board Chairman
Mr. Priit Lätt, attorney-at-law, heads the intellectual property/IT, public procurement and tax litigation practices at PwC Legal in Estonia. Prior to joining the firm, he was a founding partner at law firm Glimstedt which he co-led for 10 years. Priit is a renowned specialist in IP, IT (including IoT, ICO and cryptocurrencies), tax and public procurement law, representing and advising Estonian and international companies and public institutions.
Priit also has significant experience in representing clients in complex disputes which have created precedents at the Supreme Court, including the constitutional review chamber. Among other things, Priit has represented a client in Estonia’s biggest software dispute and in Estonia’s first bitcoin-related regulatory lawsuit. Priit also successfully represented a client in a trademark dispute, in which the Supreme Court declared several provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure and Government Regulations that established limits to legal fees in civil disputes, as invalid and unconstitutional. Priit has advised several ICOs and launches of innovative blockchain projects.
Priit is the founder of Estonian Cryptocurrency Association (2014) and has been a long-term member of its management board. In addition, he gives lectures on cryptocurrencies and ICOs at the University of Tartu and numerous crypto conferences.
Priit is a member of Estonian Bar Association since 2001 and he also is a member of the IP/IT commission of the Estonian Bar. Given his wide and deep experience at the legal frontier of software and blockchain related law, he has joined the Supervisory Board of Hanse Digital Access OÜ for it to safely navigate regulatory and commercial legal matters.
