Our Firm
Hanse Digital Access OÜ is a boutique strategic advisory firm established in 2018 and headquartered in Tallinn, Estonia. Our team operates across multiple jurisdictions—including Luxembourg, Germany, and the United States—reflecting the cross-border nature of the mandates we undertake and the clients we serve.
We specialise in strategic advisory services at the intersection of defence technology, nuclear energy, and structured finance. Our work spans capital raising, joint venture formation, market entry strategy, and transaction structuring for clients ranging from allied governments and defence ministries to industrial corporations and family offices.
Since April 2021, a principal focus of our practice has been supporting NATO's European defence capabilities and, following Russia's full-scale invasion, Ukraine's resistance efforts. We advise defence technology manufacturers, facilitate cross-border partnerships, and work to strengthen the industrial base upon which collective security depends.

The Hanseatic Legacy
Our name honours the Hanseatic League—the medieval confederation of merchant guilds that dominated Baltic and Northern European trade for centuries. The Hansa's success rested not on military conquest but on commercial acumen, reliable partnership, and the recognition that prosperity flows from open trade and mutual benefit.
Tallinn, our headquarters, was once one of the League's principal cities. We carry forward this tradition: building partnerships across borders, facilitating commerce that strengthens all parties, and maintaining the discretion and reliability that were hallmarks of Hanseatic business practice.
